10am – breakfast
1pm – lunch
5pm – smaller second lunch
7:30-9pm – sports training
10pm – dinner
12am – glass of water and Discovery Channel before bed. do not drink wine.
Here are some of my favorite mix and match meals that i eat and eat again.
1) Scrambled egg whites with one whole egg, microwaved mixed vegetables, and black beans.
2) organic beef, mixed vegetables, pinto beans, and extra guacamole (Mexican restaurant)
3) organic beef, lentils, and mixed vegetables
4) pizza with extra chicken, pineapple, garlic, cilantro, sun dried tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onions.

Drink Calories, Avoid It

avoid or do not drink calories, that’s the #3 rules you have to follow if you want to lose weight 20 Lbs in 1 month. you can drink water, and tea (especially green tea) as much as you like, but avoid to drink wine or any drink that contain alcohol and soft drink.
